ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2012 and expanded to a second location in 2017. Today, I lead a team of 11 across both offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I managed optometry practices, bringing leadership and team-management experience into agency ownership. I’ve called Colorado home for the past 15 years and love everything the outdoors has to offer, especially hiking, skiing, and camping.

Being involved and giving back to our local community is important to us. We also encourage our team members to support causes that matter to them through a charitable matching program.

Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also make time to enjoy being together, with breakfast provided every Wednesday morning and team outings throughout the year.

We’ve created a fun, energetic atmosphere across both offices with a team that is close-knit, family-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed. Our team members genuinely look out for one another and even enjoy spending time together outside of work. We work hard, achieve at a high level, and have fun doing it.

I’m looking for someone who is outgoing, team-oriented, and brings natural leadership qualities to the office. If you want to be part of a high-achieving team where people support one another, enjoy coming to work, and are motivated to grow together, we’d love to meet you.
